Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our QC work is divided between in-house QC staff and external subcontractors. They include engineers, technicians and others.
Quality Control Procedures
We test in-coming materials and components, and every subsequent stage of production. This includes random checking, testing of finished products both before and after packaging, and before delivery. Our QC equipment is partly developed in-house, and partly imported from the US, UK and Germany. Machinery and Equipment Used
Canal Electronic's R&D staff are experts in computer technology, product design, enhancement of product efficiency and market analysis. Our equipment is both local and imported (from the UK, US and Germany). We use: CAD/CAM, overhead projectors, oscilloscopes, digimatic calipers and many more.
Procedures and Practices
On average, we develop three new types of products every year, and improve on another nine from our current range. It takes around 90 days to develop a new product. They are developed with both existing industry demands and new markets in mind. We pay particular attention to product design, function and quality, the materials used, plus production efficiency and technique. We can adjust production volume accordingly. Cost-effectiveness and environmental protection are also factors we bear in mind.
